Zusammenfassung

The Latin poems by Juan Páez de Castro, an incomplete work and never published in XVIth Century, were merely transcribed by M. Gutiérrez Cabezón in several articles of La Ciudad de Dios 91-94 (1912-193). Therefore, they require a critical edition with translation and notes. Here we show an example (taken from the critical edition we are preparing) of this necessity.
