Abstract

This work has established the services set that enterprise networks can offer SMEs to improve their competitiveness. We were able to determine a set of dimensions that allow sorting them being able to establish a working logic, to facilitate their offer and demand from the agents that configure an economy, with particular prominence of members from science and technology system that in economy of XXI century play an essential role for the welfare of any society. The study main contributions have been organized around its applicability in different scopes, as the academician, the entrepreneurial, enterprise networks and particularly in the field of Innovative Companies Agrupation (ICAs), as well as in the design of industrial policies by public decision-makers. So that, and in a more operational sense, several objectives have been achieved: - Objective 1: Determine the offer of services of the Spanish ICA's and value what such offer is consistent with the theoretical proposal of management literature. - Objective 2: Determine the level of demand of these services by companies. - Objective 3: Determining importance of different services for future competitiveness of SMEs according the ICA's. - Objective 4: Determine the degree of relationship between offer and level of importance granted to the various services, as well as the relationship between demand and importance granted to the various services - Objective 5: In general, identify inefficiencies allocative of resources, by mismatches between offer, demand and the importance of services that generate mismatches in the functioning of the ICA's. - Objective 6: Determine the main features of the current structure of the ICA's as well as key components of its strategy.
