Abstract

This study is about Folkmedicine investigation. It is been making with an epidemiologist exposition, about what extremeñas populations that we are studying know and use thinking in a future sanitary planning. Neighbors have been interviewed about folkmedicine and theirs answer have let us obtain several vulgar names that are confuse so we had to do a specimens named meticulous researching to make later the pertinent Scientific classification. This study shows 95 vulgar names from Zafra- Río Bodión that have been presented in the Linguistic Pathrimony International Congress in Cáceres 2004. These vulgar names belong to 72 plants species which are use as remedy to cure or prevent diseases.
