Abstract

The study for the practices of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) requires the identification of representatives with more competition in the performance of organizations. Partners, shareholders and owners have great responsibility for the ethical approach of the organization, but managers who determine the operative paths of organizations. Their knowledge is classifying acts aimed towards sustainable development, in order to be economically viable, socially equitable, environmentally responsible, and that makes primarily responsible for the proceedings, with different stockholders, operations and strategies for growth the corporate purpose of the company and leave the footprint for future generations. For this reason, the present study aims to identify theoretical aspects of theoretical Social Responsibility and its contribution to sustainable development of indigenous communities, role in participation and sustainable local development. The case of the departments of Nariño and Putumayo. Similarly, the objective of the research behind it is to begin to document and analyze the true extent of social responsibility in the minds and actions of communities in those departments and determined by an empirical sustainability report and how committed they are to meet sustainable development in the context of corporate social responsibility.
