Résumé

The own notion of constitutional autonomous government which is granted constitutionally and legally with regard to local entities has one of its most characteristic chapters in the so-called economic and financial autonomy, since when we refer to the Patrimony of autonomous governments we refer to their goods and rights with some economic value or those which can be assessed financially. The LAULA has developed its own view on the system of the patrimony of Local Entities, rectifying some differences and existing disagreements found in this legislation and adding the almost total disappearance of the authorization and reports system by autonomous government. Together with these contributions it has taken place some relevant repeals of current Law in this matter, which goes beyond the mere precepts exchange so as to establish some new grounds which can be useful to update the current system through the deep reform of the Decree 18/2006, January 24th by which the Andalusian Local Entities Goods Regulations were passed. The updating of the current system regarding the patrimony of the Andalusian Local Entities becomes an investment for the future from the part of the Local Government Autonomy lawmaker to achieve a set of feasible regulations what is still a log way off.
