Abstract
This work focuses on electronic identity, to the issues raised around it, especially in terms of its protection. At this point must be considered the risks, from which it is allowed to see what measures are necessary to mitigate an acceptable manner and establish a trust that determine security. Given this, the need arises to create a homogeneous legal framework for the management of identity and trust services, which facilitates the development of international commercial law.
