Abstract

There are few researches on the field of human resources in small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), since most of them focus their approaches on large organizations. The other hand, in spite of the importante of human resources management in these kind of organizations due to their great capacity of creating employment, as well as the major role they play as sources of benefits. Subsequently, we´ll study the influence of certain factors on SMEs, exactly it strategic aproach on the development of human resource policies. In order to carry out the empirical research, we have used a sample of 816 SMEs from the Spanish region of Andalusia.
