Resumen

This paper begins with an approach to the protection of victims of child pornography offences from the European Union through Directives 2011/93/EU and 2012/29/EU as initial question to explaining the determination of Spanish jurisdiction committed outside national territory using of TICs. It analyses the most relevant issues of the transposition of Directive 2011/93/EU into the legal system with regard to the determination of Spanish jurisdiction, although it is also in line with the provisions of other agreements (Budapest and Lanzarote) signed by the Spanish State in this matter.
