In this work a study of biological and chemical treatment of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in soil has been done. The experiments have been carried out in pilot scale reactors and the results obtaines showed 98% elimination and a high mineralization of PCBs employing a Integrated Chemical-Biological Treatment
