Abstract
This paper focuses on importance of regional questions to understand innovation, analysing the regional dimension of R&D and innovation activities through underlying factors or conditioners to explain some success regions in Europe and studying on a comparative view of the innovation and technical change some regional indicators, with special attention to Andalusian results.
