Zusammenfassung
UNCITRAL Legislative Guide on Insolvency Law, Part Three, was adopted (July 2010). The new section is devoted to insolvency in and with relation to enterprise group members. As an updating of two previous works (and with similar method) in the present one, first, the section of the genesis absent in the precedent works is presented, second, the general perspective of the Part Three is offered, finally, the future work for the UNCITRAL Working Group on Insolvency is described. The first words of this contribution are devoted to Professor Pérez de la Cruz, to whom this volume is homage.
