Abstract
Comparative law is increasingly used by the constitutional jurisdiction. In order to reinforce the Court assessment, the foreign scientific doctrine, the foreign law, and the precedents of foreign courts, especially the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights, are becoming more and more important as hermeneutical tools.
