Abstract
This article analyzes the policies of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) conducted in the field of universal accessibility as a factor of social integration and equal opportunities for people with disabilities. This will identify the major initiatives undertaken by Spanish companies, showing the effects obtained by the certified companies on their products and services and/or business management, with UNE 170001-2 Universal Accessibility AENOR. For this, we used as a research methodology the case method, as a case study focusing on Renfe, La Casa Encendida, the Guggenheim Museum and the Palacio de Congresos de Málaga.
