Abstract

In a context of growing complaints about the effective application of arab constitucional regimes, particulary after the attempted coup in Turkey (2016), this article describes and analyzes the new reforms of the Press Code and Editing of Morocco as development of the Constitution of 2011 (articles 27, 28 and 165). This analysis covers the field of fundamental rights (communication, information, status of journalists, monitoring for judicial review ...) and the institutional level (Parliament, National Press Council and High Authority of Audiovisual Communication). In conclussion, de new maroccan regulation presents a great comparative interest and normative impact for european laws about European Neighborhood Policy (ENP), immigration, asylum and security.
