La gestión de los equipos de dirección de las joint ventures desde un enfoque de recursos humanos

Resumen

Este trabajo propone un modelo de gestión de los equipos directivos de las joint ventures (JVs) bajo un enfoque de dirección de recursos humanos. La problemática que presentan estos equipos y las características de las JVs, justifican la necesidad de combinar prácticas de gestión bajo los enfoques de control, de gestión de la diversidad y de conocimiento en cada una de las etapas de desarrollo de estas empresas. Se han obtenido dos conclusiones relevantes. Primero, que la implantación de prácticas de recursos humanos contribuye a reducir el problema de agencia y el conflicto relacional en el equipo de dirección, favoreciendo su efectividad. Segundo, que el diseño de estas prácticas, diferenciadas por etapas, facilita el logro de los objetivos para los que se constituyeron las JVs
