Abstract
«The regulations regarding the acces to environmental information appeared to ensure it's acces to the general public, as a general control measure to ensure the compliance of the environmental legislation, nevertheless, the advances the legislation has shown in the last couple of years regarding the acces to public information in general , contemplates the reorganization the dualism of the current legal framework of acces to public information, a general one and other specific for environmental matters.»
