Abstract

The development of the Web makes SME consider the need to communicate their businesses through the corporate portal. Given the importance that this medium is becoming the communication to SME, the aim of this research is to analyze the interactivity that the Web offers to help relations between these organizations and their stakeholders. Has been studied from the methodology of content analysis, the presence of the main variables that make websites interactive sites of shedding the results that SME do not have interactive websites
