Resumen

La acuicultura de peces genera situaciones de estrés que disminuyen las condiciones de bienestar animal y el rendimiento económico del cultivo. En este artículo exponemos dos posibilidades para la atenuación del estrés en la dorada (Sparus aurata L.), una de las especies emblemáticas de la acuicultura nacional y europea.
