Abstract

The growing interest in the management of marine spaces poses an interesting challenge to solve: what should be the scope of management plans in an environment in which there are no barriers and also is characterized by high dynamism?. This paper makes an analysis of the relationships in the coastal-marine system, which often are not reflected in the legal-administrative subsystem. It concludes with a series of recommendations to incorporate coastal-marine connectivity in the management systems of these spaces.
