Resumen

“No hacer daño”. Este es el core de la inversión tradicional basada en valores religiosos y, es también el punto de partida de la Inversión Socialmente Responsable (ISR): evitar industrias en conflicto con valores morales. A raíz de desequilibrios sociales, transgresiones éticas y daños medioambientales surgidos a lo largo de la historia, la Responsabilidad Financiera ha dado lugar a este tipo de inversión como un motor de cambio en la gestión de las empresas y de la sociedad. La conciencia social y financiera a nivel mundial y las diferentes legislaciones nacionales han llevado a diversas prácticas de ISR. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo reconstruir, desde una perspectiva histórica, el desarrollo de la ISR en Europa y en España y la evolución de los Fondos ISR.
