Resumo

In this research several empirical analyzes (quantitative) are presented to identify the economic strategy implemented in México effects, since 1983 to date in reducing the minimum welfare in the Mexican population. It is also proposed as a viable strategy to encourage economic development from local areas, giving priority to the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and social economy enterprises in regional areas more depressed and affected by macroeconomic stal8ilization measures implemented over the past 30 years. The study empirically tests the effects, severe macroeconomic policy in reducing the economic and social welfare of the Mexican population of low-income and socially deprived deep. It also justifies the importance of the adoption of the Local Economic Develop Strategy by MSME and social economy enterprises to reduce regional and social inequalities, also the levels of marginalization and poverty in the Mexican territory. To strengthen the empirical evidence some items are presented to be considered at the federal, state, municipal and of course civil society to apply the research without that shift will be impossible to perceive id their proper perspective the potential focus on the local economic development approach within Mexico. At the end there are some notorious examples of economic enterprises despite the economic, political, territorial, symbolic, financial and legal adversities present in Mexico. Demonstrating the empirical relevance of the proposal presented here.
