Abstract

In this paper our aim is to examine the interesting link between the spontaneous lexical innovative processes within children’s speech and the typical impairment of meaning in adult patients affected by semantic deficits. To this end, we compare data from the analysis of production in both groups, based on a selection of representative cases.
