Abstract

The present piece of work is focused on the study of generated expectations in the labour environment and its relationship with motivation in work through checking of the stability during one function of utility built from factors -that make subjects to work and degrees of adjustment with the labour environment from the level of satisfaction that its realization generates. The study was performed with a sample of 153 pupils taking part in Escuelas Taller (Workshop-Schools) and Casas de Oficios (Working Houses) without professional experiences. The obtained empírica! results show that the degree of labour satisfaction measured through the function of utility about psychological motivations is changing with the development of the subject, making that function of utility be valid only for concrete periods.
