Abstract

The discrimination in the organizations is a subject very interesting in the nacional and internacional level. There are a lot of work about discrimination for race, sex, ethnic features and age, however, the disability discrimination is an a subject centered, in the most of cases, in the access to the labour market, being very little the researches about the discrimination in the job. The target in this article is to carry out an analysis about the internal discrimination, in the other words, in the job. We want analyse if people with disabilities perceive discrimination in their possibility of professional development because they have a disability. We are going to use the Equity Theory , analysing the perception of discrimination in vertical and horizontal moves, as well as, the discrimination in the different criteria apply for the organization about the decisions in the professional development of their employees.
