Evaluación de las políticas de igualdad desde la perspectiva del personal implicado

Résumé

Reflectively take different positions within the framework established equality policies. In the areas of public and private spheres, with discussions and opinions about political influences trends clash arguing that promote educational and cultural situations of inequality that let to questioning the effectiveness of the procedures, policies and/or plans focused on equality. The evolution that made the establishment of egalitarian policies in this area has been breakthrough to promote fair values between men and women. It is based on the perspective of the actors involved with unparalleled, said an assessment of the changes in the educational, politics, economic and social. The ways of life of people stress the importance of an egalitarian future vision that nurtures and promotes an ordering toward improving and discarding old discriminatory patterns. Therefore, this research takes a qualitative contribution, an analysis of the processes and/or legislation in place so far from the voices of people working in different areas.
