Resumo

The Guidance and Tutorial Action Plan (POAT) of the University of Seville offers key pieces to facilitate the transition to the university context from a multidimensional perspective. It is adjusted from the academic demands in matters of information and provision of resources / services offered by the university structure such as personal and / or professional through the figure of the mentor. In the academic year 2015-2016 through institutional support within the framework of the II Internal Teaching Plan, it was reorganized as an integrating bet in the faculties of Dentistry and Education Sciences. The main objective of the different strategic actions is to promote and undertake through the formation of mentoring an apprenticeship to meet the needs of the students. The results show a great similarity between the students of Dentistry and Education Sciences within the different degrees. The needs to develop personal, interpersonal, organizational and technological competencies occupy a relevant place among the final deductions.
