Precedents: implantation of a project of educational innovation named " Analysis of the managerial environment by means of the multidisciplinary work in equipment and visits to companies ". Method: distribution of the pupils in workgroups that choose companies to analyze from a multidisciplinary optics and along the different courses of the Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources Proved: ideal valuation of the student body and professorship in what to the acquisition of competitions related to the work in group and the oral expression it refers. Conclusions: activity that it complements to the practical cases realized in the classroom in the adquisición of the competitions demanded from the pupils.
