Abstract
As the empirical evidence shows, the policies derived from the top-down development models haven't been effective to achieve a decreasing of the levels of income between backward and advanced regions. This fact has justified that researchers pay atrention in other models whose policies are based on the use of endogenous resources as a way to reduce the differences between regions. One of the most important resources is the role that the entrepreneur carries out as an energiser agent of any economy. In this sense, the objective of this paper is to study the entrepreneur in the andalusian case, starting from a theoretical model whose purpose is to analyse the andalusian entrepreneurial quality.
