Zusammenfassung
We present a study whose objective has bben to evaluate management quality of an educative institution of multicultural character in Ceuta`s city. To obtain data and information we usedthat we elaborated, in this way we start to consider to the idiosyncrasy of the center and groups of discussion, to obtain lot of data to understand the center better and to reflect on this aspects that need to be checking to make better. From the analisis of the data we prepared a plan to make better in agreement with the characteristics of the center.
