Résumé
This work is an approach to the facto partenships problematic, which comes from two situations: Non-existence of regulations to control them by the goverment, and the Self-Governing Comunities regulations, which are different in each ones. This problematic is analized form the equality constitutional principle perspective, because these facto partenships could be affected in the sense of patrimonial aspects, depending on the Self- Governing Comunity or otherwise, in the Common law where they are applicated.
