Zusammenfassung
The growing importance of the air passenger with reduced mobility or disability is an undeniable reality. Society, in general, airlines, operators and airport management entities should be conscious about this reality. This work is a critical analysis of the applicable Community legislation, with particular attention to Regulation (EC) 1107/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 July 2006, as well as the reference to the Spanish legislation that supplements this regulation. Starting with the unsolved problems or issues not dealt by the current legislation, improvement proposals and recommendations are established.
