Abstract
Abstract (Goodbye, nonborn child) This story shows the experience of a woman and her partner facing fetal loss. When abortion is induced come into play mixed feelings of relief and guilt. Relief at having found early severe malformation in the fetus and guilt for having put end to a desired and projected life long before conception. This early connection between parents and children based on fantasies and dreams, determines a different grief. Unique aspects as the profession of the protagonist and her belonging to health system, give different characteristics of perinatal grief.
