Abstract

Corruption in politics is a sort of economic delinquency. As a result, struggling against corruption requires the development of criminal and procedural law strategies, as well as in the field of public control systems and transparency. Bid the economic system elements that produce and strengthen corruption in civil servants and political authorities must be also taken into consideration, as they make private interests prevail over collective ones, which are constitutionally established
