Abstract

In this work article 525 of the Spanish Penal Code, which penalizes offensive conduct of religious feelings, is subjected to examination. It begins with a detailed analysis of each of the elements of the precept: criminalized behaviors, commissive means, final subjective element and the penalty, among other issues. After that, the resolutions (judicial decrees and sentences) to which access has been had are briefly studied. Finally, this work ends with a few brief evaluations (positioning) as conclusions
