Abstract

Multiple studies support that chronic mechanical neck pain (CMC ) is a very common condition in society today , still common in workers with sedentary work activity and people with low self esteem and resulting in a high cost in health resources. The biomechanical relationship of the articular system craniocervical and cervicothoracic mobility of the first rib spine, brings us to conduct a systematic review of the interrelationship of both structures , possible influence on the CMC and spirometric values.
