Abstract

Reality is a prism with different sides. The perception of reality in our attendance is incomplete. We often grasp the obvious matter and we don´t mind about the importance of details. Daily actions in our attendance determine a different reality to our users. As a starting point a little nicety: A phone call. From it, we describe the perception from the professional and the one from the parents of a premature baby hospitalized in a closer unit with a range of semi rigid established visits which are being modified thanks to our daily attendance, in other words, to the inner experience. The benefits to the parents and their children is reflected by promoting the link and an improvement among others the relationship between professionals and users, as well as the professional satisfaction, are evident.
