Résumé
This work aims to study the rules of administration and representation of a shareholding package that has been acquired by a plurality of heirs through a succession mortis causa. The problem underlying the tacit acceptance of the inheritance will also be analyzed, in order to finally immerse ourselves in the legal nature of the hereditary community and the possibility that it is a shareholder of a commercial company.
