Abstract

Sheltered by the Web 2.0, in the last years the label of digital seems to have been imposed as element which express the contemporary thing, the new thing or the last thing. Pardo exposes (2010, pp. 20-25) that the society is still learning to use the digital infrastructures; the university analyzes and teaches system and we are in the career of to have technological centers; the industrial processes of the economy of the information are now exclusively digital; and we say of us themselves that we are in the digital society. The term digital society is used like synonymous of information society and the knowledge society, even some thinkers identify it with that of postmodern society (Tornero, 2005, p. 3). The term most widespread is the first one. Along these pages we will speak about three expressions to understand process in which we are immersed and how this is affecting to the mass media.
