Zusammenfassung
The scientific study of ceremonial and protocol, from a public relations perspective, should be addressed from the epistemological basis of the social sciences through the proper use of research methods and techniques. Through theoretical analysis supported in the review of secondary sources, this work has as main objective to carry out a terminological approach to the main epistemological concepts inherent to the social science to, subsequently, propose an effective methodological model for scientific ceremonial and protocol research that will be resolved through the benefits of methodological triangulation.
