Abstract

Abstract: Departing from the topic that Law is made up of two elements, justice and order, this article inquires about which conception of order would be most fitted to complex nature of world and Law, either Heraclitus’ realist one or Parmenides’ idealist one. First, it highlights different facts pertaining to these philosophers context that are not normally taken into account. Next, it presents both proposals main traits. Finally, it points out some legal consequences derived from both paradigms.
