Zusammenfassung
In this paper I intend to present an in-depth analysis about the feelings, perceptions and motivations prompting a nurse, who has developed her career in a Hospital within the Andalusian Health Care System, to apply for a supervisor vacant position at the moment when profound changes are taking place as well as novel conceptions are just emerging in the professional development of Nursing in Spain.
