Abstract

The outstanding expansion showed by Toxicology courses in undergraduate programmes has led the need for different teaching resources that can be employed to carry out the increasing number of practicals that must be programmed. An alternative or complement to classical laboratory practicals are the application of microcomputers in class. This paper presents a selection of PC-based freeware accessible on the Internet in January 2001 that either match the toxicological topics or are related with them and could be used as course materials.
