Abstract
The purpose of the present investigation is to offer some reflections about feelings and emotions documented in Caracas population, based on judicial documentation which includes different types of litigations. Six litigations dating from the last quarter of XVIII century have been selected to achieve our objective, specifically between 1772 and 1794.
