Resum

In this article we make an approach to the popular religiousness generated around of one of the first and most important sacred spaces in the local context of Lebrija (Sevilla). Converging in this town a wide sample of popular devotions strongly rooted, we find the highest type in the space that comprises the Ermita de Nuestra Señora del Castillo, which we analyse from diverse perspectives, exposing the great variety of examples of this piety inherent to this heritage.
