Abstract
The situation in the University is developing considerably More than one million of European students have participated as scholarships in the Socrates-Erasmus Program to study one semester or the whole academic course outside of its University and it is expected that this figure be three million before the 2006. This mobility is affecting also to the professorship and they use to visit another European University at least one week in an institutional stay each time frequently.
