Abstract
The globalizer character that impregnates the curricular proposition of Primary Education offers the possibility of approaching in a tranversal way to diverse contents, taking as the base the development of classroom working desing, generically named Objects of Study. In this way, it is suggested as subject matter "The rain in the City" as a project for working with contents, methodologies and for using diverse resources as a means of initiating the formation of peculiar concepts to Earth Sciences, of developing working strategies and of encouraging environmental values. Concepts as permeability, runoff, infiltration, drag, etc., are studied considering their participation in the processes of rainwater in the city, trying to establish conexion that allow their use in different situations and facilitate their construction.
