Résumé

Interactive activities based on the business context improve student learning. Through the development of these activities, many objectives will be achieved: getting students closer to the reality of business, acquiring knowledge through real situations and encouraging the critical capacity of students. This work has been developed in the subject Human Resources Management II of 4th year of the Degree in Business Administration and Management. Specifically, the analysis of the recruitment and selection process was carried out, especially the job interviews (from the company's point of view). To achieve the above objectives, firstly, a seminar was organized. An HR professional explained to the students the fundamental aspects of the job interview. Secondly, a role-playing was done about a recruitment interview. Finally, all the interviews which were recorded are projected in class and analysed. This analysis identifies any mistakes made in each of the interviews, and it also highlights the positive points of the interview. In addition, the recruitment and selection process in general and specifically the interviews undertaken were analysed. Based on the results of the satisfaction questionnaires answered by the students, it was found a positive contribution of the activities described above to the achievement of the proposed objectives.
