Abstract

The aim of this Master's Thesis is to propose an Ethical Code in the Aldiana Andalusien Hotel located in Sancti Petri (Chiclana de la Frontera) that allows to responsible manage the conductand behavior of the hotel staff. In order to effectively develop this Code it is needed to meet the major interest of stakeholders of the company (customers, employees, suppliers, shareholders, societyin general, etc.), focusing especially on employees as key stakeholder. For the successful implementation of the ethical code, it is essential to have the support of the Department of Human Resources, responsible for carrying out and ensure the Code. The Code is divided into several sections, beginning with a brief introduction thatspecifies the mission, vision and values of the hotel, followed by commitment to compliance and responsible practices. In addition, they specify each of the relations of the company with their main stakeholders, ending with the communication mechanisms and knowledge of it and the consequences of non‐compliance.Regarding to know the relevance and value of the Code, a small interview with the head of Human Resources was achieved in order to glimpse their possible implementation in the short or medium term in the hotel and in the rest of the company
