The congenital cardiovascular malformations are pathologies that appearwith some frequency in all domestic animals. The embryonic organogenesisis such a complex process that, it is understandable the fact that errors, suchas these which lead to cardiac malformations, could happen in itsdevelopment. The type of malformation and the severity change according tothe moment of the organogenesis in which the fetus is affected. Thefrequency of occurrence is difficult to estimate because, when themalformations are mild, they are usually unnoticed. In the recent years, there have been several cases of lambs presenting aheart murmur at Ruminant Veterinary Service of the University of Zaragoza(SCRUM). In the present workd, three clinical cases are described, which, due to its peculiarities, have an special interest: Tetralogy of Fallot, anextracardiac heart murmur due to the persistence of the arterio-venousconduit, and a malformation with interventricular communication andpulmonary artery of limited size, which could resemble a variant of Tetralogyof Fallot.
