Abstract
This article proposes a historical journey through different schools of thought in relation to the legal meaning of personal reality, postulated various arguments and even contrary to each other. According to the author, one of the greatest challenges we face today is that discarded many of the contributions offered by schools of thought described above, resulting in a depletion of public deliberation about the staff at the practical level.
